SERVICE TO THE INSTITUTION
Service to the Institution by faculty members is valued and encouraged by the University. Service to the Institution includes, without limitation, participation in institutional governance and serving as an adviser to one or more recognized student organizations, each of which activities shall be considered to be within the scope of employment of a faculty member of the University.
