PLANT OPERATIONS HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES
Section 7.01.04 - HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES
Plant Operations Services are obtained by Service Requests/Work Order Requests which should be e-mailed to workorders@gcsu.edu. Reports of deficiencies or requests for services will be recorded and dispatched to the proper person for necessary action.
Project requests for services must be in writing originated and approved by the building coordinator. Requests having to do with alterations or modifications to space must be submitted in writing and routed through the Department Head, Director, Dean and Vice President.
Project requests for services are normally scheduled in the order they are received.
