The Office of Human Resources Office will maintain a personnel file on all employees, starting with the day they begin work. It is important that this file be kept up to date. Employees must notify the Office of Human Resources Office of any changes in name, dependents, address, or telephone numbers. This information is confidential and will not be released to persons outside the university except for emergencies, for the requirement of the law.
