PERMANENT GRADE RECORDS
Each instructor is to make and maintain permanent grade records on each class he or she teaches. The grade record will include a complete set of grades on the academic performance of each student in the class. No criteria (tests, etc.) may be used for determining grades that are not listed in the grade book under the class being graded. Any graded work not returned to the student should be kept a minimum of twelve months in case the grade is challenged.
