ORDERING OF LIBRARY MATERIALS
The responsibility for collection development in the Library is a collaboration between academic faculty and library liaisons. Individual GCSU faculty, staff and students may request materials via the Library web site. Orders may be initiated at any time.
Requests by faculty can be channeled through their Departmental Liaison. The Library Liaison for the department will monitor the appropriate allocation and periodic reports will be sent to the department about the status of funding. Library Liaisons will also send current book reviews to faculty electronically, along with additional recommendations, to assist faculty in the selection process.

http://library.gcsu.edu The deadline for submission of departmental requests is January 15 or each year. All requests are reviewed for approval by the Collection Development Team of the GCSU Library.
