The Office of Human Resources and Employee Relations functions to serve the best interests of both the employees and Georgia College. The Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources staff are responsible for implementing University personnel policies, recruiting, position classification, wage and salary administration, orientation, training, employee records, and staff benefits.
