FINAL EXAMINATION POLICIES

GCSU Policy: A formal period of final examinations is scheduled on the university calendar in the catalog during the last week of each semester. A final examination schedule is distributed each semester by the Office of Registrar. No deviations from this schedule are permitted without prior approval of the Dean of the College. The decision is with the instructor as to the type of examination required.

GCSU Procedures: The Dean of the College notifies the Provost and the Office of Registrar prior to making any deviations from the published final exam schedule distributed by the Office of Registrar.
