CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
The bookstore offers refunds or adjustments as a courtesy to those students who have changed classes. All requests for refunds or adjustments must be accompanied by a cash register receipt. New textbooks are eligible for a full refund or exchange for up to two weeks, beginning on the first day of class. Books must be in mint condition (in original shrink-wrap if purchased with it) with no writing or marks of any kind. Defective books will be replaced without charge.
