CONTRACT CONVERSIONS
The following criteria will be used for the calculation of compensation of those faculty members who convert from academic year contract to a fiscal year contract or from a fiscal year contract to an academic year contract. This compensation calculation will be used for the period that falls outside the prevailing contract at the time Summer sessions begin.
I. CONTRACT CONVERSION
A. Academic year faculty converting to fiscal year contract:
Academic Contract Salary X 1.2 = Fiscal Year Salary
B. Fiscal Year faculty converting to academic year contract:
Fiscal year salary/1.2 = Academic Year Salary
