GCSU Policy: The University shall publish an academic calendar at least one year in advance.

GCSU Procedures: The Academic Policy Committee of the University Senate will recommend an academic calendar to the University Senate for information at least one year in advance. The Vice President for Academic Affairs designee on the Academic Policy Committee will initiate the request for a recommended calendar, the academic calendar will comply with the University System of Georgia requirements.
