Students should consult with their department / faculty advisors for proper format and requirements for their thesis.

The library provides binding services for student theses through the National Library Bindery. The library's role is that of middleman, passing theses on to the bindery representative and notifying major professors or students when these return from the bindery.

Prepayment must accompany each thesis. Checks or money orders should be made out to the National Library Bindery. Costs for binding are as follows:

• Minimum charge (1-2 copies) - - - - - - $35.00
• 3 or more copies - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $17.50 each

Upon return from the bindery, one bound copy of each thesis is placed in the library's circulating collection. The unbound original is placed in the Special Collections vault. All other copies are returned to the student or the department.

Theses and checks may be dropped off at the Library's Circulation Desk anytime the library is open.
