Ordering Materials

Primary responsibility for the selection of library materials rests with the faculty of Georgia College & State University. Requests by faculty should be channeled through their Departmental Liaison. The deadline for submission of departmental requests is January 15 of each year. If you need information about a departmental liaison, you will find it here.

Requests submitted by staff and students are subject to approval by the Collection Development Team of the GCSU Library.

Personal orders for faculty and staff are subject to the standard discount, shipping & handling, and sales tax. Payment for personal orders is expected upon receipt of materials.
