    Using the correct subject headings for your topic will help you get more relevant results when searching the Library Catalog. Examples of Subject Headings for Diversity are:
    Multiculturalism
    Pluralism
    Ethnicity
    Diversity in the Workplace
    Race
    Minorities

    You can also search by individual ethnic or minority groups. Keep in mind that many topics in the field of diversity are more effectively searched using keywords.
