Overdue Items

The library encourages monitoring of your Library Accounts.  Courtesy notices are sent via e-mail, only as a courtesy, failure to receive a notice does not exempt one from fines.

Overdue fines accrue at a rate of 25 cents per day, per item .  Reserves accrue overdue charges at a rate of 25 cents per hour, per item, beginning at the end of the first delinquent hour.  The maximum fine for returned materials is $10 per item.

Lost Items

Replacement charges for materials are as follows: catalogued books are $35, juvenile books $15, government documents $10, and videos and DVDs $75 each. Other material is billed at actual cost.

Damaged Items

Damage is evaluated by library faculty and invoiced accordingly.
