What is Copy Express and who can use it?

Copy Express electronically delivers eligible materials to GCSU faculty and staff.  An e-mail notifies you that your material is ready for viewing as a PDF for 30 days.  In your Interlibrary Loan-ILLiad account, click on "View Electronically Received Article".  You may view, print, or download for 30 days.

What can be requested?

Materials owned by the GCSU Library and eligible to be scanned within copyright compliance can be provided.

How much does Copy Express cost?

There is no cost at this time.  The library is supporting this service.

How do I submit a request?

Go to Interlibrary Loan-ILLiad.  If you are a first time user, create a user account.  Once you've registered, choose the request form that best describes the material you need and enter your data.

When will my request(s) be delivered?

It is our goal to fill requests within 1-2 business days.

How long does the link to this material remain active?

The link to your request(s) remains active for 30 days from the day the linking e-mail is sent to you.  You may print, download, or view the material during that time.
