Students
Students currently enrolled at Georgia College & State University present a Bobcat Card. Off-Campus students (enrolled in GCSU programs in Macon, Dublin, or Warner Robins) present either a Bobcat Card or a designated ID from the campus where enrolled.

Faculty/Staff
Full-time teaching faculty and staff currently employed by Georgia College & State University present a Bobcat Card. Off-Campus faculty and staff (employed at GCSU's Macon, Dublin, or Warner Robins campus) present a Bobcat Card or a designated ID from the branch campus where employed.

Part-time Faculty
Faculty teaching during the present or following semester at Georgia College & State University on a part-time basis, present a Part-Time Faculty ID (Bobcat Card or a designated ID from the campus employed).

Temporary Faculty
Faculty teaching at Georgia College & State University on a temporary basis, present a Temporary Faculty ID (Bobcat Card or a designated ID from the campus where employed).

Patrons
Persons who provide support for the Georgia College & State University Library through donations of $50 or more may request a Library Patron Card from the Library's Access Services Staff at the Circulation Desk during regular office hours.

Georgia College & State University Visitors
Visiting scholars who wish to use the Library may request a Visitor Card.  With the authorization of the University Librarian or the Associate Director for Library Operations & Administrative Services or the Associate Director for Special Collections a temporary Visitor's Card may be issued.

Retired Faculty
Retired GCSU Faculty and Staff may request a Retiree Bobcat Card issued by the GCSU Office of Human Resources.

Elderhostel Visitors
Patrons who are attending an Elderhostel class at Georgia College & State University present an Elderhostel ID card for check-out privileges.

Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Patrons
Patrons who are currently attending Central Georgia Technical College must present a CGTC ID card AND a CGTC Enrollment Verification Card.
